The Toucan Daybed

The Toucan is as comfortable and versatile as it is fun. The chunky upholstered top balances on two sturdy timber plinth style feet, inspired by modernist forms and the uniquely shaped beak of a Toucan bird. Ideal for the foot of the bed, or beneath a sunny window for Sunday afternoon reading. 

Upholstered here in a hand-blocked fabric with an oriental pheasant and a contrast velvet to the cushion. The base is in a warm walnut veneer. The box cushion on top is attached to the bench with velcro fixing.

This item is made to order, so please allow 10-12 weeks for production.
