Celebrating Lily Bertrand-Webb

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our talented Artist in Residence, photographer Lily Bertrand-Webb, with thanks to our friends who joined us, White Box Cocktails for delicious margaritas, and Lily for offering special portraits to guests. West London-born with Dominican and British roots, Lily lost her hearing at 18 months but found her voice through photography, capturing vibrant city and countryside life. A Bournemouth Arts Institute graduate and former Sam Taylor-Johnson intern, her career highlights include a portrait in the National Portrait Gallery. Inspired by Lauren Elkin’s concept of the female "flâneuse," Lily embodies the spirit of exploring the city through her lens.
