Lancer Square unveiled two new show apartments blending classic and contemporary design, inspired by Kensington's elegance and local influences, delivered by Bellworth Developments and managed by CIT. Spread across 3,312 sq. ft., the three-bedroom apartment by Studio Ashby, showcases a serene palette of earthy tones like sage, ochre, and dusty pink, with custom joinery and eclectic details that reflect the area’s history and natural beauty. Incorporating British craftsmanship, playful design elements, and curated heirloom pieces, the interiors balance sophistication and comfort. Notable features include Michael Taylor’s vibrant artwork, bespoke furnishings like the Kudu dining chairs, and textiles from Sister by Studio Ashby’s debut fabric collection, alongside reupholstered vintage items and sustainable materials, creating a harmonious interplay of art, antiques, and modern luxury.
