On the 14th floor in the heart of St James’s, this layered home was designed as a pied-à-terre for a young family based overseas. The brief: create a space that feels grounded yet elevated—rich in materiality, personal in spirit, and quietly expressive. Bespoke joinery, vintage Italian lighting, and handcrafted furniture by Sister by Studio Ashby bring warmth and tactility to every room.
